Ginisang Alamang (Fresh)




One of my all time favorite home-grown food - comfort food.
The natural flavor of  "fresh" and un-salted Alamang is really tasty.

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo fresh alamang
1 big tomato (diced)
1 onion (diced)
1 head garlic (diced)
1 cup fresh Camias (cut in halves)
1 small stalks of wansoy or kinchay
salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
Saute the garlic, onion and tomato.
Add the fresh alamang and continue to sauté until half cooked.
Cover to continue cooking until its own liquid/water evaporates.
Add the fresh camias, salt and pepper then stir until done.
Sprinkle with wansoy.
Serve it hot. Best paired with rice.
