Session 1 (Module 1): Aesthetics of the Digital Image

Panelists look at the digital image and show its difference from analogue film.

Session 2 (Module 2): State of the Art of Pinoy Filmmaking 1: Principal Photography

From simple and high-end cameras, lights, and other shooting equipment, panelists will talk about what equipment is available to the Pinoy filmmaker today.

Session 3 (Module 3): State of the Art of Pinoy Filmmaking 2: Post-Production

Panelists talk about softwares and techniques for digital editing.

Panelists talk about equipment and techniques for sound design, music scoring, and mixing.

Session 5 (Module 5): Image Manipulation and Creation: Special Effects

Panelists talk about producing computer generated images and available equipment and softwares.

Session 6 (Module 6): Marketing, Distribution, and Exhibition: Issues and Proposals

The weakest link in Pinoy independent filmmaking is the marketing and distribution of films. Panelists will look at the problems with the system and suggest ways to exploit creative content.

Session 7 (Module 7): Flashforward: The Next Ten Years of (Pinoy Cinema) Cinemalaya
