Early last week, i heared that SM Ticketing is setting up their own ticketing company. Is the success of the open field concerts during the last 2 years that features both local and international artists gave SM the idea? Ticketnet got all SM customer service center (Dept. Store) right? Are they going to merged? FYI, Ticketnet is the exclusive ticketing company of Araneta Coliseum.
